The location, staff, and cleanliness were amazing. The rooms were cozy with warm blankets. The hot water and quiet surroundings were a plus. The breakfast on the patio was enjoyable.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean and the hotel felt very safe. I went on a trek for five days and chose to stay there again when I came back. They stored my luggage in the mean time, with nothing missing although I had taken none of the security measures recommended by other travellers.
The first time I stayed I had no heating, which meant the room was very cold. I was given an extra blanket and so managed to stay warm during the night anyway. The second time I stayed I had a heater, but it was very noisy.

The hotel is on an unknown street even to the people of Cuzco city. I was placed in the last room of the third and last floor. There is no elevator. Just stairs. The room is very small, with a small double bed, a bedside table and a also small table with a chair. Almost did not fit the bags. There is no heating in the room. Cuszo is very cold now in July/2011, negative zero degree. I asked about the heat and they told me they´d provide a heater, which never happened during the three nights we stayed at the hotel. There is no fridge in the room. Also you can't even get water to drink. Twice I ordered to the room service to deliver bottled water but they didn't have it. The second time, I needed to walk at 11:00 P.M., over three blocks to find a place that sells water. I had to do this after waiting over an hour in the room and they tell me afterward, that had no water when I called again asking for it. Be carefull with the shuttle service they offers from the airport to the hotel, made by mtp Myths Tours Peru eirl (agency Viajes y Turismo). They take advantage to sell tours. The payment is anticipated and they didn't keep what was contracted. Didn't take me back to the hotel as had hired after returning from Machu Picchu. I was abandoned with my daughter 11 years old in an unknown square, almost at 10:00 pm and there was nobody to take us back to the hotel. I had to look for the police help. I regret that Booked.net offer its customers a hotel like this.

The staff were exceptional, speaking perfect English and being very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in a quieter area, yet still within a short walk to great restaurant areas. The rooms are bright and fresh, with comfortable beds and a hot shower. The hotel is on a quiet side street, making it a peaceful retreat from the noisy city. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all major sites. I can't speak highly enough of our stay!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel, the staff is great, the breakfast excellent, the room had an portable heater, necessary as the nights were very cold end of september beginning of October. Wifi function well, tv had cnn, and a few other English speaking chanels...We are not there to watch tv but it is nice to stay in touch with what happening in the world. We stay 6 nights. The hotel is calm , we had room 209 directly on the street, which can be a little noisy as it is a very narrow street, with traffic both way and cars (mostly taxis) find themselves face to face.

We loved the value for our money at Antawasi. The room was bright and fresh, with heating available upon request. The central yet quiet location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with clearer instructions on when to pick up or be served.

Liked just about everything in this hotel. It is new so nothing is grubby or worn - spotlessly clean - strong hot showers - fantastic breakfast - cocoa tea if you are feeling faint! Most importantly the staff are fantastic - helpful in so many ways. One small note: Avoid getting a room on the 3rd floor - they are significantly smaller. Good value hotel - just what you'll want!
